Well, I did eventually get it fixed.

If I had to guess, I'd say it was just because of the way I downloaded everything. First, I downloaded Sword onto Ryujinx, then I got everything besides the nude reactions mod. Then, I used a code to give myself all the shop outfits, so I could pick out the best one to have the least clothes. This code also gave me the outfits for the DLC once I got them, so maybe that piece of code corrupted something before I got the DLCs. After reaching the Wild Area, I downloaded the nude reactions mod. When the game wouldn't run after I added that, I downloaded the 2 DLC and ran the game again. At this point, the shops got all corrupted. So, my shops were corrupted from Motostoke to Stow-on-Side. Once I reached Stow-On-Side, however, I downloaded the final Sword update. After that point, the shops finally got fixed.

First of all no promises but, I had the files for Victor once but my PC died on me so I had to buy a new one and try to recover all of my files from my old drives. I couldn't recover everything though. Once I get some free time on my hands I might go and try to search up my old drives. Again these files are from 2021 so there's no guarantee that I find them, so don't get your hopes too high.

An attempt was made.

 

It's far from ready however, the penis model is only a rough draft that needs to be redone and I haven't reshaped Victor's butt to have cheeks yet.

I also need to work on textures too since you can see there's no nipples, navel, redness, shading or other details on the bare body, it's only just a solid skin colour.

Not to mention there's still some seams and normals that I need to work on so the body can reflect light naturally and have no lines across the body with outlines enabled.

Since it's in a different format, it'd actually take more work for me to rig that model to the game's skeleton.

Fortunately, I can easily replicate this nude body by just merging Victor's water-gym uniform models together (ripped from the game) and change the clothing materials to use skin.

 

But I can't just do this straight away like I did with my first draft because it makes texture mapping harder if I don't carefully transfer the UVs to a combined mesh.

Because of that, I actually need to redo the entire body again which is why I said that the mod is far from ready.

Note that I'm only a beginner at modelling things and I only recently figured out how to make my own 3D penis models attached to an existing character model.

That looks cool @Catnatic.  The way I did it was using textures from the normal bare chest mod from gamebanana and using the skin tight gym uniforms like the dark type and water type, from there I just did some texture paints on blender. Check out this video VideoPKSHMod.rar . Sorry for the bad quality of the video, It was recorded on a switch using a crappy phone camera a few years ago.

Thanks! It's a shame you lost your own nude male mod from your old PC, it would've been real nice to be able to rock out with our cocks out sooner.

Since everyone seems to have moved on from Sword/Shield, I figured I might as well try to make my own male mod if no one is going to release one anytime soon.

 

The skin tight gym uniform is exactly what I used to make a nude model with the bottom of the shorts being trimmed and merged with the legs. I'm planning on using a mixture of original textures and my own painted ones so the bare body can retain details from the original models while also having nipples and such. Extruding a part of the crotch to form a penis is simple enough, but getting the balls to look right is quite tricky to do. But not as tricky as trying to adjust the normals on the groin.

 

Regardless, I'm able to finish up two drafts and import them to the game. The results look better than last time now that the model has a proper texture and the positioning of the genitals is anatomically correct (the previous one was placed too low). However, I might have to do some weight painting since the balls have gotten distorted from the animation. I also need to fix the outlines with the wrists, readjust the positioning of the nipples, and some other refinements to the body before I release it.

 

 

If the penis looks too short, don't worry, I'm also looking into doing some variations regarding penis size, foreskin, and arousal state.

Maybe a pubic hair option as well, and optional blushing for the face.

That would be appreciated, but I haven't set up a way where anyone could donate to me.

What's stopping me is that I want to find a way where I could receive payment anonymously under an alias but I'm still trying to figure out how.

I thought that Paypal allowed you to give people a link where they can send money without needing your email/name but after googling it I guess I'm misremembering.
Some people claim that opening a business account will allow you to keep your own info private. I've seen some people suggest Ko-fi instead, but I've never even heard of it. Patreon may also be confidential, but I think they take a big cut.

 

Anyway I pop in on these threads every so often so if you ever find a way you're comfortable with I'd be more than happy to leave a donation 😌

I can't promise if I'll do NPCs like Hop next.

 

I generally prefer having only the player character nude since they're customisable and people (including myself) might even self insert themselves to live out their fantasies of being the only one naked in public while following the story of the original game. Otherwise, I just like going through the story as the canon character being nude like I have for Gloria and Akari.

 

However, I could still look into carrying over Victor's nude model to Hop's model once I finish his mod.

You mean Marnie? I'm kind of surprised that the few modders who lewded Gloria haven't done the same to Marnie yet already.

I could probably use Gloria's existing nude models or make my own the same way I did Victor's and have the model replace Marnie's clothed body.

Here's some previews of penis variations that I've made so far:

While I am able to import my own nude model to the game just fine, there's some issues I need to work on before I release a nude male mod.

 

Normals - Notice how there's like a lighting seam between the crotch and the base of the penises from the preview images? I have to adjust the model's normals to fix that.

The erect image looks even weirder because that's what happens when I try to form a penis from the character's groin, which I have fixed for the other models.

Even then, I still have to figure out how the genitals should reflect to the game's lighting. Particularly when seen from the side - should it look shaded from that angle?

 

Texture - I was hoping I could use a custom texture that combines all (edited) vanilla textures in one for UV purposes, but the game crashes if the original texture size is upscaled more than twice which I have to so I could fit in all the vanilla textures in their original size.

I had to downscale my custom texture to avoid the crash which unfortunately resulted in a loss of quality for the original hand and leg textures.

 

This is what the texture is meant to look like, both edited and the original ones collaged together:

 

The texture is supposed to be 768x768, but the game doesn't like it if it's over 512x512 for the original hands texture (since I'm replacing the hands/gloves model).

As a result of the downscaling, fingernails look worse than the original texture so I'm thinking of redoing the nude texture again.

If the balls looks weird, that's because it is which I'm going to talk about next.

 

Weight Painting - If I don't nail down the model's weight painting, the character's genitals will appear distorted in-game. It gets more noticeable with the erected penis model. This is likely going to be the toughest one for me to figure out.

I am thinking of keeping her jacket and boots as an alternative version for her nude mod. The choker necklace could stay too.

I can actually remove the bag myself. I only kept it visible while testing because I thought he looks cute like that.

I will include optional mods that hides the bag as well as the hat and maybe shoes from the default outfit separately.

(I say maybe on the shoes because I have yet to edit the feet to have toes.)

 

I'm still working on the butt as I'm figuring out how I should do it. This preview is only a rough draft so it's not looking great yet.

I also want to add some details to the back such as shoulder blades and back groove.
