Slammer64 Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Bethesda is currently accepting application for the closed Beta of Elder Scrolls Online, here's a link to the sign up page if you want to try to get in: http://signup.elderscrollsonline.com/
Ashal Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 This should really be under gaming. "Talk about anything related to the community or modding in general!" Considering we are a community mostly based around Elder Scrolls, it fits perfectly fine here. Thanks for sharing slammer.
Strelky Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Fuck, I'm not anywhere near a computer. Hopefully I can still get in
vashar Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 I sent my application in. It said I had an "excellent" chance of getting in. Neat!
Daguy Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Same, but I suspect anyone who figures out the trick will also. You just have to fill enough of the form in. I just put in a none existant guild name to tip myself to the highest likelyhood.
Jexsam Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 I managed to get "excellent" chances without even lying. I did in fact beta test Dynasty Warriors Online. Granted it was only for two days and it was an open beta, but that's still technically beta testing!
Slammer64 Posted January 23, 2013 Author Posted January 23, 2013 I did previous beta testing for Linux Game Publishing, but that didn't seem to count.
Duoleb The Chosen Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 well ,prepare yourselves for the massive shitstorm about boobplates in this game like what happened on obsidian's project eternity and the virgin faggets and neckbeards about skyrim boobplates on steel and ebony
Jexsam Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Who the fuck complains about boobplates? Where were these people for literally every other TES game ever and why do they suddenly have a hard-on for practicality?
Captain Cobra Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 What people should be complaining about is how much of a PoS the game is.
Daguy Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 We won't know that until we play it. I'm willing to give it a chance. I'm also mostly interested in the roleplay and lore. Wonder if we will end up with our own guild. I may make a second account, or special character, to join it (as my main account i'll be playing with family and rl friends, and it'll be wholesome times spent as opposed to adult rp and lovers pk refrences whenever we fight a raid boss.)
