Fusion Girl required for Bodytalk to work?

Been having some issues with really whacky dick issues in my game with the Bodytalk2 body. Distorting and stretching in animations.

 

I'm very on the fence on about going Fusion Girl, as id have to manually convert all of Elianoras armors which a large number of NPCs in my game use.

Nope, its not required. You can use it with CBBE for example without any issues (just dont install any other skeleton but ZaZ Extended Skeleton and you'll be good). Also follow the guide Dagoba linked
