bound Fix being unable to unsheathe/ pull out weapons or spells

happened to me when i equiped an item binding me (unintentionally) and didnt  know how to remove the effect.

After searching up all the console commands, i have found a simple one command fix :

 

Unequip weapons and spells

Go to the console

PRID yourself

type "recycleactor"

 

If it didnt work, look in the console commands wiki yourself.?

This usually happens if you have something suddenly change your equipped weapons/spells without cycling the appropriate animations or calling the usual inventory routines.  It can be fixed by equipping a different weapon or spell, which resets your character state to one that the software expects.
