First time creating a new follower

As I said in the title is the first time I create a follower, I just wanted to try and to learn.

I've created a follower inspired by a character from Destiny 2, Mara Sov:

Everything works, IA and combat style are ok, Makeup, eyes, brows, body and hair works, even the equip. I've just 2 problems, a neck gap and the face that isn't how it should be....
I just did everything following this tutorial :

I did everything, I've also merged the files with nifmerge but Idk why the face is different.
I use mod organize, so I can even run Skyrim without mods, I've created the mod using the non-modded Skyrim (I don't have creation kit linked to mod organizer), and I don't have a single mod on the base Skyrim, I only have SKSE on it.
When I create the zip with the mod files and I load it on Mod Organizer (I've created a loadout with less mods just to test things), the mod it works and the face is fine, but on the normal game without mods the face is totally wrong.

Can anyone give me some tips on what gone wrong?
I also have a neck gap I think is because I modified the height. Any tips to fix all that? xD
With Mod Organizer and my mods:

With base skyrim and no mods;

Your MO and base Skyrim images are not showing up.

Do you mean a neck seam or a neck gap?

Neck Gap sorry, now I'll edit the topic >.<

Neck gap is generally the weight changed, not the height.

Still no images. Drag jpgs to the paperclip and a dotted box will appear.

Images were linked by imgur idk why you can't see it, now I loaded them from my pc, you could see them now.

1. A browser plug-in is required to see imgur images. I for one do not want a browser plug-in or anything to do with imgur. As a rule., always post thing directly to LL so people don't have to go to 3rd party sites.

2. The neck gap can be cured by:

a: in Racemenu by exporting and importing the head to the body at the weight you want. You'll have to experiment there as I can't remember the exact steps.

b: in game by using the console commands setnpcweight x, disable and enable. Where x is the weight you want. You may have to set it to 0 first.

3. The face in the base game image is like that because it is not using your skin and make up mods. It's using just the vanilla stuff.

She looks good BTW.

Height? Do not be fooled, there is no height. Only weight and scale.

What about the neck gap at weight 100?
(setnpcweight 100 in console)

Or asked directly, is the head mesh your work or someone else's preset?

Lol. The Http-Referer (loverslab.com) is blocked by htaccess or php. Simply press Enter in the address field of the browser.

Ok the command it works, btw is my work, as I said is the first time I create a follower and I want to learn so I just trying to understand where I did wrong, I followed step by step the guide I've linked so my follower should be totally standalone, eyes, but I still can't fix the face.
After the command that's the result, neck gap disappeared but skin chanegd and the makeup disappeared, (btw maybe I know how to fix it, I'll do some attempts)

No. I don't want anything to do with imgur. In any case there was no link.

It does not matter if you want to have something to do with the site. Your answer "requires plugin" is just wrong. I was just trying to explain the cause.

Console is only a temporary solution.

Did you use CTRL + F4 to generate the facegeom of the follower in the CK?

Yep and I used Nifmerge, btw  it seems that the mod simply don't use the facial textures that I gived to her and I don't understand why.
Btw if it helps I'm using CBBE body and Demoniac textures with Realgirl + SG option

and I used Nifmerge

What do you need that for - in this case?

Look in the Nif (with Nifskope) to see what this magic tool has done.

I learned to make followers with this video:

But there is a issue with CK. If you open your esp in it, it will reset the faces to vanilla.

So you must make a backup of your faces before opening it.

As for the mesh neckline, it can be fixed by using the standard bodyslide, instead of a standalone body.

Then, while in game, you can make adjustments using the Lazy Body Edit mod.

The texture neckline can be fixed if you take note of the color of the skin in racemenu, then put it in CK. Then you use the interpolation slider for a adjustment. Depending on the texture you use, some colors still display this neckline in game. I had such a issue with one of my dark elves, and fixed it by turning her color more human-like.

Tank you so much! I have loaded the file on Nifskope, all the face directories were wrong, so I changed it manually and now it works. Still need to fix the neck gap, but this is a big step foward to me xD

Thank you for the video, I'll watch it later, maybe I'll learn something new.
For the bodyslide, I'll try, never used it, I always use the CBBE one, maybe it will fix my neck gap, really ty for the tips.
