edit:

seems to be again a packing issue ? after repacking her myself using 7zip its working ?

 

noted i had some issues with her pulling spear out , and had to take and reequip but otherwise seems to be working now

First let me say thank you!  I have all the requirements but for me her head is extremely small.  I use a 98 skeleton (UUNP SPECIAL) and since this references my installed female_skeleton.nif I thought it might be purely on my end.  Once again thank you for all your time and work in making Skyrim still the best game!

 

Edit: I also noticed (TES5Edit) that the hand mesh is referencing the body texture instead of the hand texture file.
