T-pose after FNIS with Vortex

I'm fairly new to Vortex, and it has been interesting to sort out.  I have run into a problem where I am getting a t-pose with my character.  I've been trying to troubleshoot this for a couple days, and I have decided, it is probably time to ask for some help.  I'm sure it's something stupid I have done, or forgotten,  I just can't see it myself right now.  Any help is appreciated, and if anyone needs me to post any further information, just ask.

My guess would be you added SSE animations to your Skyrim LE.

Check if you have the right skeleton for LE for use with LL mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000

normally you get f: 115 m:115 bones with that

(or with other words: you have the wrong skeleton, install the right one)

Looks like you have the correct skeleton but something has overwritten it. Reinstall the skeleton and let it overwrite everything so you get the 115 bones mentioned above.
