Devil May cry 2012 " Reebot fail!"

I play through at least 2 games every week and know what I like, and I loved this game.

 

100% looking forward to DmC2.

I have to disagree on the part where you said that games shouldn't be compared to their predecessors , for reboots it may differ but as for sequels ,if  they are not better than previous one there is no progress and if there is none then the game doesn't deserve to be made .

Take for example the fifa and pro games or the cod series (it's the same game every year, it's fucking unbelievable) its is just an annual cash in for both developers and publishers and people still buy them. I don't know what to say anymore .

Like I said, I HATED the marketing for the game, every time they put out a new trailer I sighed and thought about how much I don't wan't to play the game because they made Dante such an insufferable asshole.  I only gave it a shot based on the reviews for the game which where all extremely positive. Playing it I didn't find Dante as insufferable as I did in the trailers, but that's beside the point.

 

There is no such thing as an objective review, and I obviously don't mean it 100% when I say you shouldn't look at a previous game when looking at a sequel, I mean obviously  while playing something like Mass Effect 3 for example, Mass Effect 1 and 2 are in the back of your mind telling you this game hasn't changed much, but still, what matters is your experience with it today, not your experience with it previously in past games, and that's where I'm coming from in my like of DmC, I liked it as a game and didn't regret the time I spent with it, the previous 4 games have no affect on that enjoyment.

lol chillax ashal anyway me and ashal just debate things that relate with the game that doesn't mean we argue this game sucks like i said this game has awosome battle " There are you happy now " , anyway i noticed some people here have issue with this ,  like i said  again I had reason to hate it , i respect ashal that is why i don't attack his opinion if i argue about that too that would be stupid again i wanna point its his money so there's nothing  a fan can do , this thread isn't being biased we all need to realize  " We get it it's a fucking reebot get a grip " wait for sequel let the devs settle down, and give them a chance i will its just i stay away on reebot usually...
