Sometimes tong clips thru closed mouth, but all other females open their mouth for blowjob animations. I don't know how it works, just ignoring it. PS I think it is animators to blame, they did animations for old skeleton not for ZAZ Extended with facial bones.

With that method you have to put that same eating annotation every 4-5 frames for the entire duration you want the mouth open. Someone started doing some work on an MFG plugin in the F4SE discord. If they finish and release that this type of thing will become a lot easier. Fingers crossed.
