sse Crash to Desktop when entering Dragonsreach

Hi All,

I am having some trouble with my new modlist, it's relatively small. The number one issue I am having is that I crash to Desktop when entering Dragonsreach, I have tried disabling multiple mods that I've seen online when searching about this issue.

And after that a new game started, or at least the save cleaned up? Btw, SSE has its own tech support forum.
