i would like to start modding fallout 4 and i dont know any fallout mods at all, i just would like to know all of your suggestions for what mods are in your load orders.

Guns, guns and more guns! I've played this game for years now and only recently found some weapons that are well made and sound wicked when you fire them. This is my fave assault rifle right now. It's a little op, but it sounds awesome! This mod allows you to break down and create legendary weapons and armor. Along with Armor Smith Extended, you can make legendary weapons and armor for every slot on your pc if you want.

You could try to do something simple, maybe a helmet? a helmet or hats are the easiest things to rig, because you only need to rig it onto the head and that's it, maybe a port from another game if you can't spare the time on making a model, also this is a tip that was really hard to get over for me, DON'T PUT TOO MUCH EFFORT, just make a crappy helmet, don't go nuts with anything, maybe even just a simple cube, the reason why i'm saying this is for you to make sure you can implement the object perfectly into the game without issues, you have to learn the basics first, once you manage to make a fully functional helmet (again, maybe even just a cube on top of the PC's head) that's where you can start going nuts, maybe make a super detail helmet, that's how i do it, start simple to test the waters then... GO NUTS!!

A microwave. I'm dead serious, you could make it out of the blender cube and UV mapping would be breezy, plus I've never seen a microwave in fallout and to be honest, I feel weird for saying this, but I'd kinda like to have a microwave in my game, even if I had to spawn it in console and manually place it, zero butthurt here.
