I don't think you can mod Skyrim on Switch.

For sure you cannot get SKSE or FNIS, so most of the adult mods will not work.

1:  Get the game working on steam with mod organizer, SKSE, and ENB.

2:  Enhance game with unofficial patches, replacers, overhauls, sexy followers, and whatever else you fancy using Nexus.

3:  Test drive it by booting it up and making sure it all works correctly and everything is in the right order, and MO isn't spouting load order errors.

4:  Enhance further with sexy mods from here.

5:  Find out how to build a merged list patch so nothing gets left out of spawns and everything coexists as well as possible.

6:  Have fun.  You might have to repeat 2-5 several times beforehand.

7:  Eventually break the game by overmodding it, and realize you're a mod hoarder when you can't seem to justify lowering the mod count under 250 esp/esm files.
