PlayingOneHanded Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 I recently converted my first outfit from vanilla to cbbe but I have the problem that the outfit starts clipping when my character is moving or crouching. Is there a way to know how much I have to "blow up" the outfit in studio to not clip or do I have to use trial and error?
myuhinny Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 If the area is covered by the outfit you can either shrink the mesh under the clothes in the areas where they are hidden under the clothing or you can use the zap option and mask the areas you want to remove. Since no ones going to see a body that's underneath a outfit except in transparent spots or where skin is visible you can delete out the body parts that are not needed and this will also decrease the size of your nif as well. In outfit studios you have what is called the wire frame mode where you can turn it on and see how close everything is to any given area. Just select a piece and then select that starship looking thing in the mesh tab box.
