Invisible sims top in CAS

Please help me know what is going on and how to solve this problem, all sims, when removing all the clothes and accessories from above, the top is invisible, the bottom is normal, I do not do to solve it, 
But this only happens in CAS, in gameplay it is normal

Missing mesh for the clothing item.....if it's a recolour you need the original item.....

It depends.  You need to identify the CC and go back to where you got it and see if there are any requirements.  If you don't own all of the Sims 4 expansions and packs, the item could be based on content you don't own which means you are out of luck until you purchase the appropriate content.

 

If the CC item is based on a new mesh then you need to download and install the mesh that the CC requires.

 

I review every CAS CC using Sims 4 Studio before adding it to my mods folder to eliminate this problem (as well as making sure the CC has the flags that I want).
