CotW Mod to add chatacters around the map

I have the CotW mod installed and have a SHOP, thats it.

 

I dont see any children anywhere but inside the shop

is there a way to have them in random places? around New Vegas?

As far as I remember, CotW doesn't add any kids other than in the shop. It just makes kids playable as player characters, adds the shop to buy kids gear, and makes the existing kids in game killable.

Good mod anyways.. The thing I dont get is, is I have seen some mods

that make the main character look unreal.. sensational..

 

why the origional makers dont put the effort.

yes, it makes children look better, makes them playable and killable.

I find it strange that FNV is seriously lacking in the children department.

 

Apparently only people at The Fort and Freeside have sex, and then only enough to produce two offspring each.

As dangerous as the Mojave is, it would stand to reason that kids are kept indoors for the most part. And what with radiation and whatnot, I'm sure procreation is at a severely reduced rate. But yeah, a handful more kids in areas where they'd make sense would be a good thing.

One of the planned optional plugins for version 1.0 of Lutana's CotW Expansion will add children to residential settlements and some raider factions.
