Cosmos.Messy.Pup Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 So I downloaded some penises, as you do, and I want to put one on my trans girl sim. I selected has a penis and all that but when I go to body picker or whatever it's called it says the only "Female Penis" option is Native. that's fine too I guess but I was hoping to use the ones I downloaded for dudes. is there a way I can edit the packages (the file type lol not the innuendo) so that it's an option for both or do I need special penises? if I do need special penises does anyone know where I can find those? because I've looked (not incredibly thoroughly) but can't seem to find any yet. sorry if someone's asked this already, I'm new to this website and still having trouble navigating it.
FauxFurry Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 No, you don't need to have female penises any more than you need to have male penises loaded for use in Wicked Whims. It is an option as in a choice. There is no requirement to select the option at any time ever. The male penis option also can select whatever body type that you loaded into the Default folder for the Native option.

I think Noirs has a female penis option, maybe a shemale. You may also have to go into Full CAS edit and change settings to: 'female has a penis' option.
simdulgence Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Depends on the penis. Some penises are not set to be available to females in the coding. For example, I restricted the RealGens penis I made to males because it doesn't look correct on female sims, and I want to make a version that is accurately tailored to their bodies. If the penis should show up on female sims in CAS and doesn't, open the .package file in Sims 4 Studio and in the categories tab do the following: 1) Under Age & Gender, make sure "female" is ticked as well as male. 2) Under Fashion Choice, make sure "feminine" is ticked in addition to masculine. 3) Under Part Flags, make sure "restrict opposite gender" and "restrict opposite frame" are not ticked. If the penis should show up in the WW body selector and doesn't, open the .package file and alter the XML for the penis. This is more complicated if you're not familiar with/comfortable with XML coding. Each penis will have a line that says "PENIS_SOFT_MALE" or "PENIS_HARD_MALE" and you'll need to either make those say "PENIS_SOFT_MALE, PENIS_SOFT_FEMALE" or you'll need to duplicate the penis entry and change male to female (while keeping the male option obviously). I've never done this so I don't know if the game will read the two options separated by a comma or if it needs two entries. You'll have to test and see. Those are the two ways to unlock whichever specific penis you're using for female sims. Just be aware that it may not look great because the female sims have a different body and the meshes will not match up at the edge. Edit: Your third option is to ask the creator about making it available for female sims. That's probably the easiest.

That's probably the easiest. your simdulgence real gen just happens to be the one I'm trying to put on her. are you planning on making one for female sims? also thanks I'll try the coding tips
simdulgence Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 @PupCharlie Yep, it's definitely planned. I can't give an exact timeframe, but it's right near the top of my to-do list. I intend to make a penis for female sims, and I'm investigating how best to offer penises for the other frames (female, masculine frame/male, feminine frame) if it's even practical and doable.
