It is an overhaul. So it's just a replacer, would have the mod author should write and not follower on his picture.

So im guessing we will never have this Serana replacer as a standalone follower ? Because this one doesnt look like Serana.

If you get the author's permission and the meshes and textures for the face then, as I said, building a standalone follower isn't that hard. If you go to the [Find this Mod] threads you can probably get the name of the mod used to make the face (if you post it). You can then load that into your game and see if you can reproduce the face to your satisfaction in RaceMenu. If you can do that then open the console and type in SPF MyFace (or anything you want instead of MyFace) and hit enter. You will then have the face in a file in Skyrim entitled MyFace. npc (or whatever.npc). As I say, from there, it's not too hard, only tedious.

At that point, making the follower itself is simple, if tedious. Of course, having said that, certain questions need to be answered like is Serana the follower a vampire, an Imperial, a Breton? Is she still a necromancer? On the other hand, even without direction I can make my own choices in most of those.
