skyrim Blocking whit shield and sword while walking issue

Hello, i have a very frustrating problem with my game, i've searched for days for a solution on my own, but could not find anything and nobody alse seems to have this problem.

The thing is, while blocking with a sword and shield if a move to the left or the right side the caracter starts to move their legs like crazy (this also happens to npcs that uses sword and shield), doesnt matter if they are running or walking their legs starts to move very fast.

This only happens while moving left or right with a shield, blocking with any other weapong (2Hs or sword alone whitout shield) it does not happens and the animations works correctly, this only happens with sword and shield.

I do have FNIS and "arm fix" checked, runed Fnis everytime i try new animations.

Somebody please help!
