lucifernl Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 Hi, Can anybody help me out with the following ? I have a follower "A" which I would like to give a twin-sister "B". So same looks, same face, same perks, ect. Only a different name, and maybe hair color. Does anybody know how this can be done ? Or does anybody know how to do it using CK for example ? When I tried to do this using CK myself, I ended up with an "empty" NPC. Read, no follower, no perks, different clothes, etc. Only looking the same as the original "A".

That being said, in the easiest case, I would do the following. Using Windows I would go into Skyrim/Data folder and duplicate the mod changing the name from "A" to "B". Then open mod B with the CK. Change the NPCs name to something unique. You should then be able to save and use both mods allowing you to have sisters. Once again, if there are other unique "things" in mod "A" that may have to be changed in CK as well.
Guest Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 Be aware you may need to fix/duplicate also other things that will not be duplicated. Like its unique dialogue lines. You have to find the items referring the original follower and fix the ids in the dialogue Topics.
Fotogen Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 Make a backup. Shit happens. Open CK. Load mod. Select actor A. Double click. Change ID and name. Click OK, Create a new Form? YES. Select newly created actor. Double click. Change: Template Data, ActorBase. Select that actor "A". Click those many checkboxes below where you selected ActorBase. Here you select what you want to inherit from actor in ActorBase. If you select all, you will basicaly have a "clone". Press enter. Save. Test in game.
lucifernl Posted August 26, 2019 Author Posted August 26, 2019 @Psalam I tried it the way you mentioned, but "B" would not even show up in game, even though B.esp was activated. I even tried to search for "B" using the console commands, but no results....only "A" (the original) was found. @CPU My knowledge is quite limited if it comes to the CK. So normally I rather stay away from those things, since I'm great with messing things up lol @Fotogen After the first attempt was not a success, I tried what you told me to do...and this brings "B" in world. However, under Template Data -> ActorBase there were 2 things I couldn't check. One thing (Use Traits) didn't let me change the hair color to black and would let CK CTD. The other thing (Use Base Data) would revert back to the name of "A", and only keeping the ID of "B". In world "B" looks exactly like "A" now, however...I can not talk to "B" and there are no follower options.
