Well, modders usually check their requirements at the very start of their questlines. If i were you i would start the whole thing with a female character then switch back to male after the start of the first quest.

The creator hasn't been actively modding Skyrim anymore for the longest time AFAIK. They might've completely detached from Skyrim (or just LL) too last I look. I recommend double-checking their profile

Was it not playable before? I've played it in entirety on LE and just a bit on SE, should be working fine barring any mod conflicts. Needs the patch from MNC mod page for creature schlongs though

There hasn't been any update releases for this mod in ages though, the author is no longer active

You have been kind enough to answer questions about this mod...

I am having an issue with the Sisters of Hircine, Deliver this letter to Joana, when given to her she keeps reciting the words over and over for a really long time so I back up to the part where I gave Idun the sample and she said give this letter to Joana, same as before, reciting over and over.

There is not a skip function for this part.

My Quest log did not update so after an hour (Real Time) I tried to go back through the portal which was not operational...

I do not know what to do, could you help please.

I don't have a solution for you, unfortunately. Which part of the story is this? I don't remember much of it.

 

The current available content ends around after the part where you reveal to Joana about...

LE, SE, AE...Older versions of some mods req. read the 9 pages to find out, I can't remember off the top of my head.

Yes it requires a patch. There's a patch bundle on MNC's page. It works for ABC too.

I'm having trouble with the quest Lusty Nord Hunter and need help. I've looked around the forum, reinstalled the mod, and even started a new game, but the problem persists.
 

At the end of the quest, when I activate the portal stone, I'm transported to a place where nothing happens. I assumed Yoana's sister would appear, but nobody shows up. The door is locked and can't be picked. Furthermore, the portal stone inside the cell does nothing either. I have to reload to continue playing the save, but there is no new dialogue with Yoana.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Has anyone been having the same problem?

I only vaguely remember this issue. Did the quest objective already literally tell you to interact with the portal stone? Did you interact with the hunters (some NPCs) on the outside of the portal stone? If you fast travelled directly to the portal stole map marker, you might have missed talking to them.

I think they ought to auto-greet you and tell you about the stone being weird, unsafe, or something along those lines

I haven't seen any npc nearby. The first time I arrived there was by fast traveling to a dungeon nearby and walking to the portal stone, no hunter/npc on sight. After I "talk" to it and goes to Whiterun mage, I fast travel back to the portal stone but still no sight of anyone... Do I need to start over? Did I miss some other part? Yoanas helper (forgot his name...) has left the store, and when I try to fast travel to him via console command, I go to an empty chair in Falkreath inn....
