Here is a updated version of my patch, since SUM seems to have updated the script, my patch needs to be updated

S.U.M. remove Version warning Replacement .pex by Jobobby04 V2.7z 22.86 kB · 24 downloads

Am I to assume this patch only removes the warning, and not the source of the warning? This mod was updated Jan 20th, so I am wondering why it hasn't been tested with v1.63 yet, since Sexlab 1.63 has been out since November 22nd. Nevermind figured out that it hasn't been updated since July, and was just converted. My bad. Since nobody has complained about issues though, I assume there are no problems with v1.63?

There are no problems, the mod just likes complaining, which I removed ?

I'm getting an odd issue after installing SUM SE: Some sort of registration fails and the startup sequence gets caught in an initialization loop. The prompts cycle:

SUM -:- Initialize to version 1.44!
SUM -:- Unregistering events...
SUM -:- Unregistering events... Done!
SUM -:- Registering events...

SUM -:- Registration failed! Reset SUM

If there is a log generated somewhere lemme know and I'll pastebin it

After some more experimenting, this does not seem to occur when starting a new game

Hello, I am looking to install the Skyrim Utility Mod.esm port for Special edition but when i attempted to locate it on under the files i could not locate it, and all i have seen regarding SUM is a post of it on Nexus but it has no mention of patches regarding the utility mod. Is it the same thing or is it some thing else. I may be missing something very obvious here and if so i apologize but i am new to this form of modding and i have been making many mistakes with it. If anyone could clarify as to what is going on with this mod and where i could locate it i would be grateful.

This is the Nexus page that i found: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29865?tab=files

are you annoyed by that warning message? try this modified version of the script responsible for this popup message.  LL User jobobby04 did the modification to be shared here

copy it to data\scripts and check it out

iSUmConfig.pex 78.91 kB · 127 downloads

I was beyond annoyed by that popup. Much like I'm annoyed by website popups. Thanks for the updated script

The latest version of the LE SUM v1.53 will work with SE, I'm using it with no alterations to the scripts, what it does require is an update to a config file to remove the error message with SE SL, Don't use old versions of the edited / fixed script as there are quite a few changes in the new version.

The new versions compatibility check was updated to get the versions from a config file specifically 'Data\SKSE\Plugins\Skyrim - Utility Mod\System\SUM\System.json' and requires a change to the line "islcompatiblever" : [ 16200, 16207],  to  "islcompatiblever" : [ 16200, 16208 ],

I haven't been super active in Skyrim until recently. I have forgotten, does SUM v1.53 require the UIE patch v1.52? I had it enabled in my load order, but can't remember if I am supposed to.

Thanks for that fix for that annoying message, by the way!

Does anyone have any info on why the Special Edition conversion was pulled? I know its a matter of time before Prison Overhaul Patched will require a recent version of SUM, and as a Special Edition user, not sure what I will do when that time comes.
