SOS body Texture issue

for some reason the body texture for SOS reverted to the default texture but kept the penis. im pretty sure somethings overwriting it, but i don't know what. here's my loadorder, maybe y'all will know what it is?

also does anyone know how to fix the SOS racemenu not working, it was working earlier. When i tried to fix the texture issue by trying to reinstall SOS, the racemenu broke, leaving only a single slider. maybe someting in my loadorder?

Sort your loadorder with LOOT, you reinstalled SOS, so all the SOS plugins are at the bottom, while the "SOSRaceMenu.esp" is in the midle. The whole purpose of that plugin is to allow racemenu sliders to work with SOS.

 

As for the textures, unless you have a mod changing textures with a plugin, the loadorder doesn't matter here. Textures will be overwritten by whatever you installed. If you use MO you can check which files from SOS are being overwritten and by which mods, and easily fixed by just changing the mod order (left panel). Not sure about Vortex.

ive done all of this. the racemenu is working, and the male npcs are right. My character's textures on the other hand are still hairy with underwear outlines. you know how to fix that?

Only thing I can imagine is a custom race or a mod that adds separate models/textures for playable characters. and NPCs Are you using anything like that? There is some documentation about custom races and sos, but I'm not familiar with that stuff.

I had the same problem and i tracked it down to "BHUNP HDT-SMP Full SMP body" kinda thing. i uninstalled it and everything was good. 

 

it seems HDT-SMP works perfect for female body but screws with the male textures for some reason. 

 

edit: it could be the UUNP meshes, iam oblivious when it comes to body modding

If you are using alternative body textures, simply reinstall them
