Hey, don't know if this has been asked earlier in the thread, but do you know if the custom careers some of your sims are in have been updated (or is still working after the university patch)? Wouldn't want to risk messing up my save with unupdated scriptmods and all that...

I'd also like to add that I love all your models. I've been hesitant to download sexy CC as it kind of messes up normal gameplay with elders walking around in fetish gear in the park and stuff like that, but, although sexy, the stuff you includes is all in "good taste" enough that I wouldn't mind seeing it on randoms. Although just testing it by randomising sims in CAS for a while I noticed none of it showing up, is everything set to off for randoms by default or did I just get lucky (or unlucky) enough that it didn't show up?

 

Edit: Might I also add that I love the well-organised nature of the included CC. A must when installing large batches of new stuff.

I don't think so. It'd have to be pretty damned big you see. I've been thinking of updating (and getting more stuff into) the shared CC folder though, there's a bunch of stuff that could be there that isn't there. As for makeovers of default sims, I'll think about it, mostly I like creating my own based on something I've seen or whatever comes into my mind.

I don't think they've been specifically updated yet, but I think some modders who create custom careers have updated that neia careers script that they all depdend on by themselves (for instance Ksuihuh who makes the AEP mod) and it's possible if that one is updated they should all work. In any case just removing the careers from your folder shouldn't cause any trouble as the sims will just lose their jobs as far as my experience goes. Might work out less good if they are actually at work in the save applied to, though that's just guessing. 

 

Anyway, nearly all the custom careers I have are by midnitetech, so I'd just keep an eye here for when they are updated (I think she was away or something which is why they haven't been updated yet). https://midnitetech.tumblr.com/careers

I actually run batch fixes on all the CC I add to my game to disable it being randomly used and such, specifically because I wanted to avoid this.

Awesome, glad to hear it! Gonna give some of the girls a run for their money (I'm particularly fond of Linnie and Cara), and seed some of the others into the world just to give my poor male sims some hot new stuff to enjoy as well. I don't have the patience for CAS, I just throw something togheter, so normally my sims tend to be pretty "basic".

Solo Poses

 

Something a bit different here! I sometimes put together poses in blender and I've shared a couple in the past (paired NSFW poses mostly), but here's some solo poses I've put together which I figured I might as well share! 1 of these I made a long while ago and the other four I did just now essentially (based on Grand Theft Auto loading screens), which includes the pose in the picture above. 

 

Poses 2, 3 and 5 use accessories which need to be equipped for the sim in question in CAS. I've included these accessories in the archive. 

You need to use these with Andrews Pose Player http://sims4studio.com/thread/2617/andrews-studio.

Solo Dancing

 

Another pose pack. This is one I've been sitting on for a while, but never uploaded. It's sort of rough around the edges I think, and I never really felt like polishing it up, some poses I think don't look that good, but there are others in this that I think came out looking pretty good (1, 4, 9 and 10, I was considering taking out all the other poses, but decided I'd include all of them even though I think the rest are kind of bad) and that I've used in pictures and stories multiple times. So, yeah I've sat on this one for long enough, here it is if anyone wants it

As for the software, what you've listed is more than I have (I only have blender out of those), so you're probably good! You'll need Sims 4 Studio as well though, http://sims4studio.com/thread/1523/downloading-sims-4-studio.

 

For learning how to make poses and such, I mostly just learnt that on my own using trial and error and loading up other poses/animations in blender to look at (custom and basegame), though I might have checked out a short video tutorial on youtube that I found on google (can't remember what it was called, I don't even think it was particularly good) about the basics of using blender to pose/animate (keyframes and that stuff).

 

That said the Sims 4 Studio website has lots of tutorials and such for modding the Sims 4, so that would almost certainly be the best place to start.

Cool. I use S4Studio for batch fixing and such, so have that one as well. My other software, except for the corel stuff, is older version when i was still going to school for game art classes.

 

The Corel software was an awesome HumbleBundle for their entire suite for like $30. Love those deals when they have them.

Rockwell Household

 

UPDATE 5/1/23: Mostly small cosmetic updates to skin details and such, no major outfit changes, notes added about the nude body parts they've been set up with (if you have them they should be automatically "equipped" when they're loaded into the world). Otherwise it's trait and skill updates and they should actually be set up with attractiveness prefs now after they were all blanked by a WW patch sometime last year. 

 

Been a while since the last male sim interlude, so here's a couple I've had around for a while without showing off much or uploading, but I think they're both pretty good and distinctive. The two are Owen Rockwell and his live-in bodyguard and friend Crassus Boggs. Owen Rockwell is a big-time porn producer who lives in a mansion in the hills in Del Sol Valley (I'll get to that soon enough ), he's at the top level of the production path of the AEP pornography career and is a level 4 celebrity as well with a bad reputation. Crassus Boggs is a celebrity in his own right, a former athlete who now mostly lives off his bodyguard wage as he attends Mr. Rockwell at various events, a situtation he's not really all that unhappy with. 

 

As with most of my male sims they use much less CC than my female sims, they use items from all the following packs: Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Jungle Adventures, Vampires, Spa Day, Outdoor, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Holiday Stuff.

Of those I think the most important ones they use items from are Get Famous and Get Together. 

 

UPDATE 3/30/21: Very minor changes (skintones) to Owen and Crassus, however there is one big change and that is the addition of Owen Rockwell's daughter, Charlotte who works the front desk AEP's studio as well as doing miscellaneous errands and production side stuff, in theory at least, in practice she doesn't take the job very seriously and mostly just collects a paycheck. 



She and her father are somewhat estranged and she grew up with her mother (might make her later on, I basically just crossed Owen with random unused sims by me and others till I got something I felt I could work with), but with Charlotte entering her twenties and still not showing much sign of wanting to make much of herself her mom began pressuring Owen to do his part, get her out of the house and get her a job she can't be fired from, with Owen eventually relenting and sort of making up a job for his daughter at the company. 

 

She's Unflirty, Lazy and has the Calm custom trait by kuttoe, a general theme I was going for with her was that she doesn't really give a shit about most things and is happy to just drift through life, enabled by her family.

Here's some others I want to get out. Black girl in the center in the first pic isn't new, and is a somewhat updated version of a sim I've uploaded before. The two on her side though are ones I've made more recently and been working on every now and then in past couple of months. The sims in the two other pictures are new as well, also made and essentially completed for Discover University (girl in the last picture is one I started on along while ago that went in the WIP bin and I only really finished her now). Alot of stuf I've done recently has been done with that in mind

It was Patreon exclusive back when I started uploading those sims. But if you look up a couple of posts I posted about it now being freely available. I posted the download link for the outfits and reuploaded the sims in question to include the packages for the uniforms.

The girl in the middle is called Jamira Watkins (there's an old version of her uploaded in an older pack), though I'm thinking I might change her name because it's a little close to Jamila (and I didn't think of that at the time). 

 

As for the girl on the right in the quoted post (you mean the picture on the right, right?). She'll be up eventually. She's not completely all done, though I've made a bunch of outfits for her.
