Best/quickest/safest idiot proof way to reinstall Skyrim to a new PC

Hi folks.I want to move Skyrim to my newer PC-its the retail LE I had bought years ago.Since then its been  heavily modified  with  around 230 mods, mostly LL/graphics/armor/NPC replacers and Requiem 1.9.4.

I am looking for the easiest way to avoid spending 3 days reinstalling everything from scratch.I installed most of my mods through MO, and about 20% manually.I'd like to keep my load order as it is  too.

I thought of some probably stupid ways, like making a copy of the Skyrim folder, and paste it over the new installation, copying the MO file, move my saves etc.Any help is most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Might actually work, so long as you have the MO info as well.

I'd just download the game cleanly via steam, grab an external hdd and strg+c and strg+v the rest.

Afterwards I'd tweak stuff like the ENB for your new system etc. I can't think of a reason why it should work.

Best and quickest are mutually exclusive as are quickest and safest. Idiot-proof doesn't exist.

If a job is worth doing then it is worth doing properly. Or, if you prefer, spend the time now and save yourself the future grief.

Well you got me there.....I am looking for any "shortcut/s" which will spare me some time.I had reinstalled Skyrim in my old PC a few times in the past, but the sheer amount of mods I have right now is giving me a headache. Some might not exist in my HD anymore except in date/MO file....
