Sorceress99 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I am looking for the DMRA ver. of OHTeRobes 1, 2, 4 & 6. Has they been done? I have 3 & 5. http://mods247.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Tearoth Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Patzy! Kudos on your DMRA conversions. Looks great. Was wondering if you could make a DMRA version of the Dremora Armors, which vanilla wise, isn't playable. I've got a esp that makes them obtainable, and wearable, but they've got the vanilla look to them, and i'd love to have them converted for DMRA BBB. Thank you in advance!
Atreyu Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 Patzy, I have a question. For one thing, on your international bikini tops, the ground mesh doesn't show up. It should be put on the male slot of the item (weird, but oh well). Second, it sticks in mid air and I can even stand on it. Is there a way to fix this so it falls when dropped?
Monada Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 plz patzy, I dont know if here is the right place to post it and if you know how to do it, but I would like so much if you could "fit" the DM Manga upperbody with RA lowerbody without that line(space) separating them http://www.loverslab.com/attachment.php?aid=7556 if u can't tells me who can? and if there's already one sends me a link? Thanks in advance and sry my english ;p
trustworthy whore Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 I must confess, I love your "Too small Bikini"!

But my new signature is pretty cool as well. Only letters which remind me on not uploading big-animated-pictures in my sig :D Btw: Thorazine I love your Box too ;D
Atreyu Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 I don't suppose BBB support can be given to the HGEC version of the International Bikini Tops, can it?
mrgurgomore Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Hi! I installed the TeMHeavy2DMRA mod and of course the required files but I am having trouble locating the armor. The original files show a location at Leyawiin and I go to that location but I can't for the life of me find the armor. Any help at all on this would be greatly appreciated. *edit* never mind ...I am an idiot...I found them.
palagpat Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 I'm a bit new here; I just wanted to point out a few issues I noticed with the the ANB Mini Micro Bikini DM (incl. BBB) + RA mod. Some of the bottoms appear to be incorrect. Specifically, the gold, mesh, metal, and silver bottoms. The "gold" bottom is actually using the dark floral bottom. The mesh bottom texture is displaying incorrectly; it seems to be using the texture twice, once for the actual mesh part, and once again on a smaller scale for what should be the transparent layer, making it appear to have a black and gold background instead of being a transparent mesh. The metal and silver bottoms both are the same, and it does not appear to be the correct bottom for either bikini (the string colors don't match the corresponding tops). The bottom looks like a slightly darker version of the white bottom, but that's the closest match I can find. These same problems do not occur with just the original DM version of ANB Mini Micro Bikinis, so I'm sure that it's something that was changed with the RA conversion. With my limited knowledge, I've poked around in the construction set and with NifSkope, but I coudn't find anything obviously out of place, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I'll keep looking around; but if anyone with a bit more experience than myself has the time to take a look at this, it would be appreciated!
Poontank Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 Please try this file, I've tried to fix the meshes you mentioned by using the original ANB mod as a reference. The meshes used for the fix were taken from Mailamea's conversion instead of Patzy's though, so they give you the 'Bouncing Butt' animation as an additional benefit. Main problem with the mesh bottom not showing up correctly was this - it was just missing the 'NiAlphaProperty' that tells the mesh to use the texture's alpha channel transparency! By copying this branch from the original ANB file and pasting it into the DMRA conversion, the bottom now has the same effect as the top, skin nicely showing through. Thanks to Thorazine for pointing out the existence of the 'NiAlphaProperty' branch a while back!

Thanks to Thorazine for pointing out the existence of the 'NiAlphaProperty' branch a while back! Thanks for the quick reply! This is definitely a step in the right direction. With the exception of the mesh bottoms, all appear to be correct. The material for the mesh has now disappeared completely, leaving only the "string" outline: (censored for imageshack) Also, I'm assuming this is because of the different source files used, but the skin now has a "wet look" which was not in Patxy's version. It's not a major issue, it just looks a bit odd if you happen to mix and match pieces between the fixed and originals. If I get some time later today, I'll see if I can tweak the NiAlphaProperty for Patzy's version; thanks for cluing me in to this property. I was just about to add this when I saw your reply. Here is an image of the issue if it helps (assuming imageshack doesn't take this down as "nudity"; can anyone recommend a safer hosting site?): Thanks again for the help!
palagpat Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 Well, I found the "NiAlphaProperty" in the original DM mod, and it appears to be missing from the RA mod, but I can't figure out what to do with it to copy it over. Time to go study up on nif editing I suppose!
Poontank Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 First of all: Sorry for assuming you're into the 100 percent gloss look, that's why I didn't change the glossiness back to 10. But you can get rid of the wet look like this: Select a nif's body part by clicking on it in the 3D window and then open its associated 'NiTriStrips' column to the left (the '+' sign). The branch in question is either called 'Foot: Lower Body' for the bottoms or 'Foot: Upper Body' for the tops. Once opened, you see an icon that looks like a tiny painting palette for the mesh's material properties. Click on the palette. With the material property window open, hit F3 to bring up the 'Block Details' at the bottom (in case you hadn't got them active before, I prefer to hide them until I need their options). Down in the Block Details, there is an option for 'Glossiness'. This is where you can restore the original parameter for the skin gloss by typing in 10 instead of the current 1000 (!). This 'NiAlphaProperty' is only important for the transparent mesh bikini, it's the only one with a real alpha channel transparency effect. Just like any branch of a nif, it can be copied and then pasted somewhere else. Open the 'NiTriStrips' column again and find the 'NiAlphaProperty' branch. Right-click on it and select 'Block > Copy Branch' from the appearing context menu. Select 'New Window' in the main menu (under 'File') and open your nif where you want to paste the copied branch, in this case the mesh bikini bottom. Right-click on the NiTriStrip 'MicroBikiniBottom:1' and select 'Block > Paste Branch'. Now you're done, just save the file. The mesh bikini bottom appearing invisible could simply be a different file name for the texture. I've tested the item in-game to see if the transparency works, and it showed up correctly. That's why I assume your installed texture for this part of the nif has a different file name. Open the bottom's 'NiTriStrips' by clicking on the '+'. Now open the 'NiTextureProperty' and click on the icon of a tiny purple flower (it always reminds me of a 'Mana Bloom'). This is how textures are assigned to meshes. Browse to the correct texture - in the case of Mailamea's version, the texture's file name is 'anbmicrobikini01o1'. Maybe it's different in the original DM conversion. I only have the HGEC original and Mailamea's. Now you should be able to fix the files yourself, especially restoring the skin's original look. I've grown very fond of the wet look of glossified skin, but it surely isn't to everyone's tastes.

I was having the same problem and for me, all it ended up taking was changing the texture file. The mesh was trying to load "anbmicrobikini01o1". But it did not exist. It was almost exactly the same, just missing the 1 at the end so it read "anbmicrobikini01o" once I loaded the proper texture, it was just a matter of adding the NiAlphaProperty back to the correct branch and I was finished. Thanks again.
Poontank Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 My mistake was choosing the wrong files for the edit. Instead of downloading Patzy's version, I selected the 'Bouncing Butts'-enhanced nifs, assuming the textures' file names were identical. Turns out they aren't. Apologies to everyone who downloaded my file just to find the mesh bottom not working as intended and all nifs having the 100% skin gloss, leading to a skin tone difference between upper and lower body when mixing them with Patzy's version. All in all, I caused more confusion with this than necessary. I made and uploaded the 'fix' because I was too lazy to write down what I wrote later in post #564 anyway... Oh, and welcome to LoversLab, Jiminy!

If anyone wants it, I've uploaded this version with my fixes here: http://www.mediafire.com/?arj7zz65v91gnd9 For anyone who is interested, the problem with the mesh bottom was the missing NiAlphaProperty exactly as Poontank described; the gold bottom had the incorrect file for the NiTextureProperty under the MicroBikiniBottom:1 entry, and the metal and silver bottoms had the wrong texture for MicroBikiniBottom:2. Thanks again for all the help; this has been a great chance for me to learn my way around nifs!
erc1971 Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 It has been awhile since Patzy posted here. Is he MIA? I am addicted to his mods now Eric
loganw00 Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Hi! Can you tell me, what is this mod? http://www.videoce.info/aff598215.html
Bradio10 Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 i downloaded the too small bikini, i can't find it anywhere, at the east end of talos bridge right? because i already looked there.
Poontank Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Coming from the IC Talos Plaza exit, look for a wooden chest sitting on the small wall to the right, in front of the first arch of Talos Bridge.
mikegee789 Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 does anyone know how to get the CW extremely short dress to work? The 7zip file just has a folder called "meshing" and I have no idea what to do with it; the readme says to instal the original colorwheel mod which uses a .bsa and doesnt have a "meshing" folder visible. Am I missing something?
boringbeig Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Thanks, you are so kind, haha I'll pick up the silverlight armor.

Am I missing something? Ahh, you grabbed the DMRA conversion from Patzy's thread. First you need to install this file... http://www.mediafire.com/?7ldg73x77s1dncw Once this is installed you can install the file you have, to do this: 1: unzip to a temporary location (you have to do this because...) 2: "meshings" is an error, rename the directory to "meshes" 3: copy your renamed "meshes" file into the data folder and allow it to overwrite. 4: Activate the esp from the file I linked above. 5: You can find the dresses in the Colourwheel Mine just west of Anvil.
