help me please

I cant figure out how to get this to work at all! nothing is explained at all and i want this but i cant fucking figure it! can someone please step by step eplain this no where has a good way to explain what i need to do in order to get this to work and its really starting to piss me off!!!

i hope this finds you well. RuaSim is right; the more information you provide, the more us peeps will be able to help you.
thus i ask:
• what are you trying to get to work but you cannot figure out — something you refer as "this?"

Mods and/or CCs often do not come with user manuals; all the info the creator/developer finds important to share is written on her/his first post. for instance: TurboDriver, the creator/developer of Wickedwhims for TS4, has written all the info regarding her/his great Mod on the first post of the topic s/he created to share it.

lots of LL users ask questions regarding Mods installation, issues, crashes, and so forth. those questions are often found in the same topics these Mods are published. however, if and when a Mod gets installed by too many gamers (that is the case with WickedWhims — also known as "WW"), the number of associated posts escalates exponentially, becoming a difficult and time-consuming task for a user to find the info that might help her/him. in this situation, LL's search engine comes handy.
a forum member named @Psalam has been writing a great guide on how to ease and improve our LL experience; i strongly recommend you read his entry on how to use LL's Search System. and after trying it, if you do not find what you are seeking or still have any doubts whatsoever, please ask — most forum's members is here to assist each other.
