Hi there.

I will deliver here my mods about slavery and breeding, my two fetishes ?

 

SS01 : Breeding
Features

  • allows to assign to a man the role of breeder
  • allows to assign to a woman the role of surrogate mother
  • allows to produce a child from a breeder and a surrogate mother (for more information on how to do that I propose you to search on Internet)


Notes

  • you will be able to have willing breeders/surrogates, depending on many conditions
  • you will be able to have unwilling breeders/surrogates, generally prisonners or slaves if the slavery mod is supported
  • the children produced are standard ones, like for a normal pregnancy
  • the children produced don't inherit specials statuses of parents (for example concerning slavery)
  • the children of a surrogate mother will be flagged as breed product (Even if the father is not a breeder)

 

To resume the mod will be a framework for breeding, allowing other mods to add specific gameplay features.

 

Planned

  • NPCs would lose their breeder/surrogate statuses when conditions change 

 

Associated sub mods
SS01-DWF : link with Dark World Fantasy

  • If the surrogate mother is a branded slave, the child will be branded at birth.

 

SS11 : Slavery
Not launched for now.

 

 

The idea is to have very basic mods allowing mainly one feature and the more compatibility as possible with other mods. 
I'm tired of the mods starting simple and becoming too big with many and many non optional features forcing you to play like the modder vision and loosing quickly compatibility with other mods.

 

Notes

  • I'm not a rookie modder but I'm completly new on the CK2 modding so consider for now all my work as alpha versions
  • Please don't hesitate to suggest things but :
    • without carebearing, the world of CK2 is basically a dark one and human instincts are in this era more present than societal constraints
    • please justify your demands of features with RP/GP justification

Know bugs :

  • No graphical event is launched when a surrogate gives Birth if you are not its liege

 

Bugs corrected in next version :

  • Prisonners can breed even if you are not their liege (corrected in next version)
  • Corrected a bug in the logic for accepting willing breeder/forced breeder

There's no way to unassign a breeder or surrogate mother after assigning them - is this intentional?

Also, any plans to allow DWF futas to become breeders?

It's only because the mod is at start and I'm a beginner in CK2 modding so I must learn as I mod :)

 

1/ There will be soon a player decision allowing to remove the breeder/surrogate status, lowering the opinion in case of the NPC was a willing breeder/surrogate (deception).

2/ The breeder/surrogate status will also change if conditions change. Let me give 2 examples, but there are more :

  • A prisonner is set as forced breeder/surrogate. In case the NPC is no longer a prisonner it will loose the status (but a surrogate currently pregnant will give birth to a breed product even if she loose the status).
  • On a reverse side if you throw in prison a willing breeder/surrogate it will loose the status 

There are more conditions change I would manage but I'm not sure I can technically do all what I would.

I'll look at that but as futa is not a complete sex in the game (they are female, with a dick) I'm not sure everything can be done with the mod remaining stable.

 

For now I Don't manage the fertility but remember futas (and some races) are know to be not very fertile so they are not good candidates to be breeders/surrogates :D

DWF comes with a useful scripted trigger, has_cock which checks if the target is male or a futa and not a eunuch. You could just check if the global flag Dark_World_Fantasy_Present is active, and use has_cock if it is.

Thanks for the tip.

 

Note that I have in SS01 a scripted trigger named is_potential_breeder so it will be easy for me to extend it to accept futas.

 

For now I'll have a lot of work on the breeding part and on the slavery part and I would to do the minimum on the other parts. Plus, I know from experience with modding other games that the farer you go from vanilla ( futas or pregnancy by divine intervention ? ) the more you have chance to make the mod unstable and needing a lot of support so for now it won't be a priority :)

 

One immediate problem I can see is the possibility of bugs (and the number of changes that must be done) if you permit to have a NPC beeing a breeder AND a surrogate.

Any suggestions are welcome :)

 

For now the objective is to secure the core part of the mod and I'll add some gameplay element later. 

 

My plan is :

  • To secure the breeding mod core
  • To launch the slavery mod in the simpliest form as possible to help getting breedig material
  • To add more functionalities in the 2 mods 

Concerning the breeding part the ideas I have in stock are :

  • To add some transmissible traits because generally the idea of breeding is linked to the idea of making better NPCs
  • To add some buildings and jobs impacting the pregnanies and breeding without player intervention
  • To move the breeding activity out of the main court if possible (micromanagement is easier when the number of NPCs is limited)

But I'm open minded to other suggestions in the limits exposed in the mod presentation (we are in middle-age, not in future society with elaborated technology :) ).

I don't play the DWF much, as I don't like the portraits...just...sigh...so mostly twist up the regular game with mods. There is a pretty good mod for slavery at MTA - Vice and Virtue on Steam that is pretty good, but needs some tweaking as it doesn't allow landed nobles to be sold into slavery (and it really means removed from the game when sold) or taken in and taking their titles (Sketchy can help on that, though, to a certain degree).  There is no slave trading system in MTA - VV, either, just randomly generated slaves you can purchase from a county.  I do like the abandoned ALoHA mod which just needs a bit of tweaking for me, nothing major, and using the 'in hiding' mechanic to represent harem members isn't bad.  The major problem with the harem and slavery mods is that courtiers can and do wander, which means that slaves can just wander away from your court.  ALoHA does give a 'too young' to marry trait which helps to stop adult wandering some.  No good way has been found of binding one to a location so they stay put.  Plus there is no way to stop lovers on the outside from inseminating the women in a harem or who are enslaved... and the entire chastity belt thing tied to futa just doesn't do it for me.  And nothing stops harem members or slaves from having Ambitions or holding titles (though for doing a resurrection of the Roman Empire I'd be OK with the titles for slaves but limited to Baron or Mayor).  Lesbocracy seems to have a good thing with purchasing surrogate time for pregnancy (or with the Golden Orchid purchasing an orphan), though the AI doesn't use that much (which is why the cheat mods are a blessing).  If you need a start, those are good places to look, I think.

Hello,

 

not sure if intentional, but at the "SS01_events.2", there is no "=" in line 72, before the mother (scope). As a result sometimes it will not take out the "trait_breeding" from the mother after birth. 

Thank you for the mod, really needed and just as a side note. It works with "A game of Thrones" mod if you set the "dependencies" line. I wrote myself a remove breeder decision.

If I had one complaint is that I'm noticing... so... many people giving birth to SOOO many kids that I can't turn off. :( So many families I'm noticing have 12+ children. I'm curious if this is affecting all the kids i'm seeing in my court, too.

It does not.

 

I stop working on this as it seems having to few interest, I'll port this on CK3 if I'm able to manage the changes to modding and the lack of documentation. 

 

Even if I've already seen that modders are not respected here I give everyone full rights on this.
