Getting the idle animation to play on custom followers using custom scripts

Recommended Posts

I have some followers 1 using the skyrim scripts, some using other scripts.  My skyrim script follower plays her idle amination once in a while (fnis sexy idle) but none of the other followers every play that animation.  The other followers have opposite gender animations unchecked in the ck, and they use DefaultFemale.hkx for the female animation.

What do I need to set to get them to play the idle animation as well?

Which follower mod do you use?

Followers unlimited.  It's an old mod but the only one I found that doesn't have game breaking issues when I first played Skyrim and it's simple and stand alone and extendible and works really well for what I need.

Try Nether's Follower Framework LE it will fixes a lot of bugs. If you read the Followers unlimited comments this mod have never worked.

Followers unlimited

"This mod ignores and does not touch the vanilla Skyrim follower system. So when you play the game, you can have one NPC follower and one animal follower from the base game or mods you download, plus as many other NPC followers as you want by using the companions added by this mod and others that you build using its system. "

So in other words Followers unlimited is not a god choice.
