Sexualized combat... but not as a vampire?

I want to have a situation where:

 

Anyone can initiate sex (rape) with an enemy to heal.

That enemy loses health and can die after sex.

 

I'd also love if I could have one without the other... my preference is healing from sex.

 

The thing is, I've seen how to do this... as a vampire. I haven't found a way to do it and still stay pure nord or whatever else i may be.

 

 

 

Do the tools I need to have this happen exist? If so, what are they?

 

Edit: Sex with females heals while sex with males hurts. That's another thought I just had.

Yeah I actually downloaded that but... it looks like it requires me to use spells. I was hoping for something that was passively active; always what happens.

 

Edit: and I re-read the forum page. This is just another thing I'll have to set up every time I make a new-game, and use a spell for... if the spell stays active permanently even after loads and quests... then that's nice, I only have to use the spell once.

 

I still wonder if there's an easier way that won't require set up at all ?

I can think of two mods that could do it

 

Deadly Drain should work as is, but I had trouble getting the drain to death stuff to work (which is the main reason I was going to use it).

 

Sexlab Util takes a little setup, and is a "kill everyone all the time" or "no one / never" kind of setup. The "heal yourself during sex" thing does work though plus give you a lot of other options: make a victim a friend, pacify, gain a perk point, random skill levels if the victim is higher in a skill than you, etc.

i use Deadly Drain and Combat sex shout.

DD is F-n epic when set up to your tastes, i also use Defeat but CBSS is a highly useful (no bullshit) tool for ummmm yeah. if you have followers that kill your conquest before you can "defeat" them and no bleedout state required. just be careful with the Shout as you can hit several targets at once. hilarity ensues.
