Help with HDT capes, PLEASE!

Hello everyone, I really need help with these hdt capes, I've tried editing them in NifSkope but nothing happened even in JFF but no result

I just wanna edit them so they fit my body, my skills are very poor in modding so I need your help with this

Problem is pe is really hard to set up collisions. You want smp. Then you could set up a collision shapes and it be that easy. If not there is cloaks fixed some were. I think it's close to the last page of hdt physics.

yeah sure smp is better, I came back to the oldrim just because of the AIO hdt animated pussy, now all my mods & animation mods are set to hdt-pe, it's very hard for me to roll back to smp.

but i've tried editing the .nif files in nifskope but no hope after editing and saving & replacing the results are the same idk what's wrong with it.

then tried in the outfit studio by moving the vertex just a little bit far from the ass then save&replace also nothing happened.

HOW  am I gonna be able to edit the capes or just one to float a little bit far from the ass

& I tried to add collisions using jff but didn't affect a sh*t xD

You do not need to roll back to use smp.

I use both zero conflict.
