But not always the newest is the best. Also there are many old mods that many do not know that those mods exist. Not all have all the mods that exist so far.

I do not think it is necessary for users to report something. I mean ... the administrators are very aware of the posts, if they see someone talking about a child in a tone that is not appropriate, obviously they will know even without anyone reporting that.

I was recently able to register from the USA by using my US phone but only by signing up at bce.baidu.com, their Cloud Services website. The downloader is indeed slow as hell though and frequently stalls out for me. I still can't make a 3DM or QQ account without a Chinese number, though.

I understand that there is a no-tolerance policy for under-age crap, but closing the old thread is kinda bullshit. I spent a long time composing posts and sharing links there, and I just ignored the people recently requesting / complaining about being modded for Sherry. Now it's just 2,400 orphaned posts circling around the drain, and for what? Just to prove a point to some new user idiots who don't wanna follow the rules? Fucking super lame, just ban the complaining posters and keep the thread open. It might be a little more work for the LL mods than doing something big like this, but it'd be way better for LoversLab's RE2R modding scene to keep that thread alive.
Many mod files shared in that thread are unavailable anywhere else on the English-speaking web (thank you again to @firepaw74 for taking download requests from 3DM there). There are several azz / patreon-exclusive mod leaks too. I myself uploaded a couple mods there that I made as mashups out of other people's mods and therefore couldn't upload to Nexus, and I also shared a ton of screenshots.

 

tl;dr, closing the old thread was a mistake and is a tremendous waste.

Thanks, yeah it seems like Baidu got smarter/stricter when it came to users outside of China downloading. I used to be able to get some stuff from baidu at relatively high speeds in conjunction with the userscript for Tampermonkey & IDM. Sadly it didn't last long, and eventually the speeds were incredibly slow. Now I've been trying to find a new way but I haven't been able to find anything.

 

As for 3DM, its sadly another issue.. That's one place that I haven't been able to do anything whatsoever. I have an account there too, but that place actually requires me to verify my mobile before letting me post sooo I'm stuck. I did find an account that another person was generous enough to share, and its been working great. I could PM it to you if you'd like.

 

I do hope the moderators reconsider opening the other thread back and simply warning/banning folks that may have broken the rules.. Maybe re-edit the first page to make it a lot clearer, and rename the topic so it's a little tidier.

Download and Install this mod at your own risk because i'm not responsable of any kind of thing.
Is strictly recommended backup your game and  the natives folder before installation then unistall all your mods and use this mod alone.

 

I only moved folders of other mods to make the best combination. 
The only test done by me was to uninstall all the mods I had and delete the natives folder and after that install only this mod with fluffy M.M.
Everything works for me but i don't know if it creates some kind of conflict with other mods or breaks your game.
Let me know if it works for you too or if you have some problems.

I had this problem with one of the mods. I disabled everything in FluffyManager, deleted natives folder and then re-enabled all the mods.

Not to say it's bad,  but Fluffy manager is quite buggy,  that's how I ended up with a RE2 installation with no mods installed at all but "Claire Elza Walker" will be completely 100% nude,  and there is no "nativesPC" folder at all. Lol 

 

Thankfully I have 5 or 6 full backups of the game so yeah,  but otherwise it's download the whole thing again (including updates that break mods)

@woltrek and @firepaw74 So, that mod isn't working for me, i disabled modmanager, uninstalled all other mods, deleted the native folder, but nothing worked, the loading screen continue at 0%, and without that mod everything works fine.
