To do the glitch first you need to replace all her appearances into her Bra and Jeans appearance by using this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/heavyrain/mods/3

 

And then in the sex scene make sure to unhook her bra, And after the sex scene ends she'll appear Topless in her jeans.

I don't think it is Hex Editor, since you cannot search for MAD_Sleep, MAD_INT2 etc. Its some other software. Wish they wrote the software name

You'll find MAD_Sleep, MAD_INT2 etc in the "GameData_WIN.dbg" file is where you to take the values and apply it in "GameData_WIN.idm"

I get that, but how do you actually open GameData_WIN.dbg file to edit its values? What software do you use? You can't just open it in notepad or vscode. Sorry I am not a modder

HxD doesn't have any searching option where you can type MAD in the search bar and then all the matching strings will get highlighted. I only get no matches found. You sure they used HxD?

It's HxD. After you open idm file using HxD, press ctrl+f
