characters t pose

every time i start up Skyrim se the characters t pose and i use vortex and FNIS says there are 2 warnings one is sex lab framework is not compatible with SE and sex lab Creatures  is not compatible with se

Then you need to fix those errors - make sure you are only using SE mods and have FNIS properly installed with creature support.  FNIS errors are usually serious - you shouldn't try to play the game if you see them.

so there is still some people that haven't figure out they need to use mods made for special edition while playing special edition

Generally very good advice. However there are exceptions including the one that everyone is embarrassed to publish - that FNIS says they have an illegal copy of Skyrim, despite the fact that (usually) they do not. They often fail to recognize that they have to start Skyrim once through Steam to get the flag in their game that FNIS recognizes as making the game legal.

And while I believe you touched the crux of the matter I do wish that you could have framed your response in as slightly kinder way, such as "this indicates that you are likely using the LE version of SexLab Framework rather than the one designed for SE."
