When launching, I get a lot of red warnings signs telling the "deskriptor file is invalid or not existing". Obviously I did something wrong, any idea ? ThanksÂ
La Mancha Posted November 14, 2021 Author Posted November 14, 2021 Sorry for the late reply, I am not sure what could be the matter. There should be .mod and .zip files with the same name in your mod folder, and if they show up in the launcher then they are probably set up correctly. The new buildings should be there in-game if the mod is working. Let me know if it is still not working, or you can always stop by the discord for help.

Â Now, I have an issue with the Epic version, sad to say, which is the one I got that has all the DLC at the moment. Ev ery time I try to start the game with the mod and the Grand Exhibition enabled, it crashes. What can I do to fix that?

I don't know if you were the person who was helped on discord but sounds like Doan's Advisor for Cosmopolitan mod is not active in your launcher. Check to make sure you have the .mod file for it or redownload it (I added it at the end of the download list). If it still doesn't show up let us know it could be a launcher issue or something (preferably on discord).

I started out as totemist originally if that makes any difference. The anathanism_orthodox and anathanism_papacy only work in the custom nation editor. Otherwise they just convert you to the base catholic and orthodox. I've tested with every other mod disabled and just cosmopolitan running. The other religions seems to be working. Edited January 17, 2022 by zhali

That is strange about the flag mod. anathanism_orthodox and anathanism_papacy do not even have localizations they are not currently active and there is no way to get them in game, they exist in the files because there are references to them still elsewhere but it should be impossible to get them (they mess with the vanilla versions when active unfortunately).

thebirdman43 Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 Love this mod - Was wanting to use it alongside the Extended timeline mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=217416366) Â All the buildings and events work, but it somehow messes with the Technology - the diplomatic technology maxes out at 32 (the timeline mod adds a LOT of tech) Â Any idea why this occurs or if there is a way to fix? Â Thanks!
