Which armour is this and where can it be found?

Okay, so the image below is described as Dint's BDO Valkyrie, but it clearly has another outfit layer on top, which I've never seen before. ALSO, when I look up old threads on here looking for Dint's BDO Valkyrie, they all go to the Gavitex download link, which is dead of course, now that Gavitex is toast.

 

Does anyone know what outfit or combination of outfits is being used here and where to find it/them?
