I updated my AMD drivers yesterday, and it happened again with a passing townie. Invited her inside for a little fun and it cleared right up. PROTIP: @azmodan22's sex on the stairs rug is a Greatest Thing Ever. That little twitch in the 2nd part of the animation... rawr.
serapha7 Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 I ran into the same thing: the empty space half-hollow torso bug. Using the MCCC or other method to go into CAS and then leaving CAS usually cleared the issue for me. Thankfully it's a very rare glitch in my game.

I guess it was just one day most of the sims women (not child or toddlers) just had a certain patch of themselves transparent. I played sims 4 for three hours, saved and exited. The next day those whom had that problem don't have it anymore and still don't
autobanned Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 it's cmar breast slider, check if you have it installed. in then out from CAS, entering another lot or exit then restart the game will solve it.

I have cmar_BreastSeparationSlider.package and three other mods from cmar that are related to top nipples and the other two are enhanced butt sliders
