that's the sc3 version, not sc6, and NPC is scIV.

Oops post deleted. I have done some SCVI and one is even a IVy outfit but it's not the one that you want. If you have blender and have the .XPS addon for it you can load those .XPS files into it pose it to a skyrim body and then port the pieces to skyrim in .OBJ format to be loaded into outfit studios.
