I'm curious about this armor, and the hair too. Is this a single armor or a mix of different things? Guesses and links would make me hugely thankful!

I found the image's author on Nexus and after looking through comments I found it was a personal port from a Daz3D model, Omega Huntress X. I'll risk asking this again, I'm wondering if anyone has access to downloading files from VGUNetwork. I would like to get my hands on the New Vegas Battle Suit mod but I can't download from there. I lurk so the whole write 30-some odd posts before one can download anything kind of stops me. Just a PM with a personal download link would suffice
