Papyrus (and .ini settings) are the same in SE and LE. It does NOT sound like your problem is papyrus related BUT if you want more information feel free to look at my blog post dealing with papyrus. Do not worry about scripted mods. You can install and run all the mods with scripts that you want. If you have delayed execution in the scripts it should be caused by a mod that gives problems. Open any saved game inside a city with ReSaver(link for SE) and look at the Active Script section. More than 200 can be a problem. Any mod with THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of scripts surelly is a problem. In your case, "Being Female" is a candidate. It has a magic filter that causes many stack dumps and delayed execution, especially in wizard players.
alain31 Posted March 23, 2019 Author Posted March 23, 2019 hi,i can t see the active script section in resave,here a screen shoot. sexlab have lot of delay,i use apropos2,there is no version for sse.i took the modified files for sse.that s can cause a problem?i like this mod with slavetats.. i thinks the problem come from my configuration,i use a lots of heavy textures.the game is beautiful but i see that my gtx 1070 8go is often 100 percent in cities so my i7 7700k is 60-70 percent.yet i m only in 1080p )= maybe that s can be better with a gtx 1080ti. i can try fertily mode for replace beeing but it s a pity,i really prefer beeing female. the order of my loverslab plugins is good? sorry for my bad english.

You are puting the game OUT OF THE LIMITS. You have 254 ESM/ESP and 146 ESL. You not have a mod problem. You have a super overcharged configuration and the game made all that can. The execution of the scripts are tied to framerate. Ussing the formula Time / fUpdateBudgetMS / FPS resulting for example in this: 100 / 1.4 / 60 = 1.2 seconds -----> 100 / 2.0 / 60 = 0.8 seconds 100 / 1.4 / 30 = 2.4 seconds -----> 100 / 2.0 / 30 = 1.6 seconds Doing the same operation at 30 FPS needs twice the REAL time, in real seconds of time, than doing it at 60 FPS. You can not have a super-cute Skyrim moving at a duck's pace to run scripts at a normal speed. The execution of the scripts can not slow down the framerate but a slow framerate slow down the excution of the scripts.

You can add all the mods that you want. I see games in LE with 500, 1000 and 1500 mods, of course with a lot of merges, moving from 50 to 60 FPS all the time. But in the oposite way i see LE games with less than 50 mods moving under the minimal 30 FPS. You only need put a good combination and balance the mods with the power of your machine. How you CAN see the game is related to your computer power and the mods that you install. If you put too many mods with High Poly Mesh and install super high resolution textures and add a lot of mods for increase the quality of the vegetation you are forcing the game and the machine OUT OF THE LIMITS and that generate a low framerate that derive in a slow execution of the game and, of course, give delay in the scripts.
alain31 Posted March 23, 2019 Author Posted March 23, 2019 Yes i understand that all,that s why i say with a better graphics card,the game should run better with no lag with the script.That s what is good with a pc we can upgrade?. i try to put like you say fUpdateBudgetMS=2.0 fExtraTaskletBudgetMS=2.0 that s work better but not enough.? now i just have to wait to have a better config,my skyrim is ready to run with a better quality than the last games released.the mods makers are really good. thanks.
