cailic Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 I'm trying to figure out what mod is making the animals speak. "This one is still breathing" is a common comment. As irritating as it is to become Dr Doolittle, the worst part is it screws up Paradise Halls. When I whip a new slave, they become permanently hostile. I know as soon as this happens because the say, "This one is still breathing". I've installed Animal SOS, The lisping Argonian, Road inspectors and Travelers of Skyrim recently. It just started happening two or three days ago. I've tried uninstalling The Lisping Argonian and Animal SOS. Any help would be appreciated before I start uninstalling more mods.
Grey Cloud Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 I would love that in my game. ? (Sorry).

This is starting to irritate me. I've been disabling mods with no luck. I'm already into the mods I installed last year but the issue only started a few days ago. So.... ARRGH!

I went to bed at 14:00 and before that I thought it was a good idea to check to see what mods had the voice files..... then I realized it wasn't voiced. Perhaps I shouldn't admit to that. Anyway thanks for all your mods. One day, when I'm caught up on my bills, I'll invest a few bucks in your Patreon page.

In Googling for the issue, I found these; https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19510/ https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22229/ Perhaps one of these will suite your love interest?
cailic Posted February 21, 2019 Author Posted February 21, 2019 I give up. I have about 80% of my mods disabled. I'm surprised my game didn't crash. The animals still speak and I get covered in green mist every time my character steps foot into water. I have no idea what is causing that irritating effect either. I guess I'll see what happens if I start a new game. For some reason, the shopping quest dialogue appeared when talking to people. Don't know if something broke since I was enslaved three times. The first two times I was sold to an npc that was immediately killed by his fellows. The third time I was enslaved to the first npc who was already a corpse. I didn't even get collared. Oh, and since I started this game, Sexlab Fame keeps giving me fame as if I'm naked. It doesn't apply the shame effect, so I don't know whats up with that. I did start out with Devious Mind Break. It thought I was always naked, so I couldn't talk to anyone because they were looking at me. Thus I had to get rid of that. Perhaps Devious Mind Break is really Devious Skyrim killer. The good news is I found a few old mods I forgot were installed and got rid of them. A couple weren't listed in the Mod Manager. Must have downloaded them from that Steam Workshop thingie. Ooops. But thanks to those who attempted to help. I do appreciate it.
cailic Posted February 21, 2019 Author Posted February 21, 2019 Started a new game and the animals are quiet and there is no sickly fog when I step in water. Problem solved, until it happens again.

Thanks for these. I will be having a closer look soon. Glad your problem went away but if it comes back let us know what causes it.
