XXLR8 Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 So I used Bodyslider to create a body with collisions enabled. First i used Unified UNP to create a body, then hands and feet. This didn't had any texture mismatch error, but collisions weren't working on it. Next i used Unified UNP special to create all body parts. This made collisions work, but there is a color mismatch between neck, hands and rest of the body. What should i use to create a custom body with working collisions ? Thank you.
Seijin8 Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 If you did it correctly, there should be no mismatch. Likely you either didn't build all the parts from the same body plan, or your textures got messed up in a separate step.
XXLR8 Posted February 20, 2019 Author Posted February 20, 2019 When bodyslider generates body parts, they are named as femalehands_0, femalehands_1 ,femalefeet_0, femalefeet_1. But inside my mod folder, body parts are named as hands, feet, femalebody. So i use all femalexx_0 files to replace them and rename them exactly. Please recommend the best way to create unp special parts.

So some "info" is missing from your post. By default, BodySlide places all body parts into "Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets" and the texture files are located in "Data\textures\actors\character\female". It sounds as though you're using a mod (mod folder?) that has a directory to house it's own body mesh "parts" and probably has its own texture directory as well (?) . While you can rename the parts made in BodySlide to match your "mod" naming convention, the body part .nifs are still pointing to the default texture directory. You'll have to change the texture paths to the hands & feet using either Outfit Studio or NifSkope. When you build body parts via "build" or "batch build", hold down the CTRL button when clicking "Build". That will send meshes to "Data\CalienteTools\BodySlide" directory and you can move the created files from there to wherever you'd like. Also note that if you use a UUNP Special body, to also use UUNP Special hands & feet because their diameters are slightly smaller than UUNP HDT.
XXLR8 Posted February 22, 2019 Author Posted February 22, 2019 OK. How should i change the texture paths to the hands & feet ? Can NifSkope work as a replacement of bodyslider ?

It doesn't solve the underlying problem. The OP should not have the texture mismatch if everything is installed properly. 2. Your 'fix' would have to be done to every female NPC and cannot be done to the PC.
