jan82 Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 I've installed mods on Skyrim Special Edition a lot, but never SexLab mods. So I don't trust LOOT to order it correctly. That's is why, I hope you guys/girls can give me a hand I installed all the regular Nexus mods first, then the SexLab mods. And I of course have SKSE64 newest version and so on. But I've tried fiddling with it myself, does this list look better? For the most part you can trust LOOT. It's algorithms are designed to cover most mods, most of the time. However, there are well known exceptions. You caught one - place XPMSE as close to the end of your load order as you possibly can. Another one, which doesn't look like a problem in either of your load orders, keep More Nasty Critters BEFORE SexLab Animation Loader (per the author of MNC). You will find that most authors will tell you to put their mod at or near the end of your load order. Those at the end are not going to be modified by those before them (that's why XPMSE needs to be at the end - nothing should overwrite your skeleton). Sadly, you can't put everything at the end of the load order - it's just physically impossible. Because of the interactions between mods there is no way anyone can guarantee how well a particular load order will work without running it. I appreciate your concern. It wasn't all that long ago I might have asked the same thing. However, this latter load order looks good. Give it a try. Come back here and give me your specific complaints if it bites you in the ass.

That's the green thumbs up button that can be found in the bottom right corner of any post. It is grayed out until you hover over it and click it. By the way, here on LoversLab (LL) you can also "like" mods. So, if you find one or more that you really appreciate go back to the place where you downloaded them. Then scroll past all the instructions and Changelog (that, like the rest of us, you probably didn't read) and find the green thumbs-up in the bottom right hand corner. It's actually much easier to find on the modpages since others will likely have "liked" it before you.
