Skyrim SE won't launch

I just got Skyrim SE and loaded it with a bunch of mods. I have also installed SKSE64 and have tried to use the launcher but the game won't load. Also tried using the normal launcher and still no luck.

 

Here is my current load order, if anyone can be so kind to help me out with this issue.

Do you by any chance use an Oldrim mod which has a BSA file in old format? I forgot to repack it once and exactly this happened.

CTD (or failure to load) before seeing the main screen (the one with "Continue", "New" etc. on it) is almost always due to missing files. Run LOOT (or double check using your mod manager) that you have all the files that are required for the mods that you are trying to load.

CTD after seeing the main screen but before the game loads is almost always due to to many animations. Eliminate a pack or two and see if your game will start.

I think the only one I have on there is sexist guards. I'll try and get rid of that and see what happens.
