While installing mods read the FOMOD carefully before clicking Next or Finish. If you just tick every box without reading the description you are just opening the Highway to Hell. Uninstall all of your animation packs and patches and AAF. Verify that there is no xml files left related with AAF. Then reinstall the animation packs and patches and AAF. Only tick the checkboxes for which you have the required mod installed.

It's asking you for a bunch of Fallout 4 CC stuff that you don't have installed. Either install the CC stuff, or delete those SavageCabbage XML files.
