i would love to expand on this but i am very particular i am looking for ones that are either in all english or at least have a partial patch - i know how to use that translation agrelator (or what ever its called) but it just kinda kills my buzz so i dont use it. Been downloading a few of these that have been mentioned to check them out. Downloaded Hounds of the Blades Nano Crisis trap quest not sure what the hell i'm suppose to do with this one the file is Trap Quest 130201.gblorb will have to see if it needs something else to work.

 

There is a game called blood bank lots of things that attack and do things to the female player there is even bee/wasp like enemies that will grab the player and start stabbing them with it's stinger if your player loses all hp during that time it will then bury it's stringer way up it there and fill the player full of it's larva which will then soon after come bursting out of the players chest.

 

Basically, you play as one of two girls (who you can switch between at checkpoints), one who is fast, agile and use close combat, and a slower one with a gun. The control styles of the two girls are completely different, one is completely keyboard, but you shoot and aim the gun with the mouse.

 

Things to note: *You will die a lot. *There aren't too many enemies with sex attacks yet. *You can double jump. *You can reload with right click. *Press space bar on the white glowing spots to switch character. *Press space bar on the green spaces to heal. *Press some button (enter I think) on the white space to save. *Press delete on the white space to enter debug mode - infinite health. Only insta-kills will kill you. This spoils the whole game though, so I wouldn't really recommend it.

 

Looks like I missed the gargoyle part for trap quest downloading it now.

for running Trap Quest you could use infrom 7. Or gargoyle or whatever it is called, there is couple of programs that you could use to run it, but as I said I use inform 7 and don't really care about other interpreters.

My holy trinity as far as Hentai games go are Violated Heroine, Vitamin Quest, and Other World Quest.

 

The only thing I don't like about VH is having to sleep to advance Pregnancy. Past that it is golden.

 

VQ is really good, and a homebrew translation is in the works.   If you set it so monsters rape on their own pregnancy comes very easily and often to it, which may or may not be a bad thing in your view.  VQ is very nice in that you have sprite sex and anime sex both in it, like VH, but it is either one or the other.

 

Other Worlds Quest has an interesting system, girls have two rows that track sex and pregnancy. The top/red is pregnancy chance, higher is more, which goes up with sex acts or oral and down with sleeping.  Bottom/blue builds up when fondled or they have oral, with filling leading to a sex act. While pregnant, they do a lot more damage and take a lot less damage, but birth knocks a little off max HP.   Not enough to make finishing the game difficult, though, I've never had a girl lose so much she was hard to keep alive. Also, getting everyone's ultimate weapon means having at least 25 kids between the girls.  No sprite sex, but there is good sex animation and birthing animation. The four girls come from various anime, but the only one I know is ChiChi from Dragonball. 

The game is harder then Vitamin Quest but not much. No girls have healing magic so you have to buy all the healing items. This means given weapon buying there is a little grinding but not much. As you are probably playing for the preg risk not a big deal.

No transalation but there is an excellent and thorough English walkthrough I was a minor contributor to, though if someone wanted to make one I woulds be pleased.  I will say there is not much english but that with the walkthrough I had no trouble following what was going on.
