SOS doesn't work on NPCs

So, Schlongs of Skyrim works perfectly on my character, but it works well on NPCs only the first time they're having sex, or masturbating. On their following sessions, their schlong is adjusted in the right position at the beginning of the animation, but it keeps falling and becomes flaccid after some seconds. I don't know what might have caused this problem, because on my  previous character it worked perfectly for all NPCs, and I haven't changed anything nor did I install new mods.
