ConnerDark Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Hello fellow skyrim fans, After spending a lot of money on a Gtx 1080 i thought i could finally play Skyrim Se with an enb with 60 FPS BUT running around Riverwood or Whiterun i get about 45-55 fps. You would think with a Gtx 1080 this would not be possible. I searched the internet for days for a fix but found nothing. Does somebody know what is causing this? I only have a few mods installed. Most of them are Armor mods. The most taxing ones would be Morrwloot and ElFX. Iam using Rudy Enb.... Oh and before some 12 year old kek writes UpDaTe YoUr DrIvErS i have allready done that....

Your problem may well be with your .ini settings. You should look through the STEP program and/or get Bethini (mod from Nexus) in order to optimize these. That being said, this is the LE technical thread. You may want to repost this on the Skyrim SE technical thread subforum.

And try it without the a priori insults. (My aren't you the techie wizard for upgrading your drivers). If you had done any meaningful research then you would know that if your Skyrim is not set up correctly, your whizzo video card counts for nothing; FPS is largely irrelevant to a FRPG like Skyrim, though little boys always want to hang with the big boys in the 60FPS gang; and you would have known that this, as already mentioned, is the LE section.
