Chapapapa Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 I got a wierd problem so hers the story, i got a punch new mods and obviusly game crashed so i started to check eatch mode and found the ons not woking with other mods i get in the game cant lode old save but i culd start a new game and play if i left taht new game and tryd to lode it it wuld crash on loding screen like old save so i started checking mods agin and finaly i got to lode the old save playd for a few hours went to bed (changed nothing in the mean time) started the game next morning and crashes at loding screen agin im not sure what to do (or how it worked b4 and not now)

Let's start with some basics. Do you have crash fixes and ENBoost (both available on Nexus). These tools will help stabilize your game. Did you run LOOT (if you are lost at any point as I ramble on you might want to check out my blog - the link is in my signature below). Did you get any errors when you ran LOOT (all errors MUST BE CORRECTED). After doing this, if you are still having problems, post a copy of your load order from LOOT here, preferably in a spoiler. When LOOT is open there is an icon in the upper right hand corner on the blue bar that looks like three vertical dots or buttons. When you click on this it will give you the option to copy your load order to the clipboard. Do that and paste it here (in a spoiler). Next run FNIS. If there are any errors OR WARNINGS correct them. There are a couple FNIS warnings that can be ignored but all errors and most warnings need to be fixed. Once you have that copy the text from the top half of FNIS (it should begin with information about your skeleton and end with the number of animations that you have successfully loaded). It would be better if you loaded that information into a spoiler also. If you know how to use spoilers here on LoversLab (LL) you can ignore the rest of this post and start doing the other things I suggested (or not). On the top of the box in which you type your post there is a bar that begins with "Size" and "Font". About halfway across there is an icon that looks like an eye (it is just to the right of the smiley-face emoji icon). Click on that to open a spoiler (like the one I started this post with). Then move the cursor to the inside of the box (if it isn't already there) and paste whatever you want. When you are done you can use your mouse to move the cursor back outside the box to continue typing or whatever else you want. As a general rule, if you are going to post "a wall of text" (like a load order) or more than one picture or video you should use a spoiler. Failure to do so significantly slows down the site. If you want examples I will happily point you to threads where this guideline (in fact, it is a rule that the moderators generally don't have time to enforce) is routinely ignored and you can see for yourself what happens when it is not obeyed.

You currently have a little over 11k animations according to FNIS. That MAY be a problem. Please turn off one of your animations packages (whichever one you think you can best do without). This should reduce your animations below 10k and then that will not be an issue. Second, turn off Facelight (while it has supporters it has also caused issues for others on this thread). As always after changing your load order (in this case by removing two mods) run LOOT, run FNIS and start a NEW GAME. Save games can (and often do) hold onto "stuff" from the previous game and can crash when you no longer have the mod they are looking for or have them in a different order. Again, be certain to pay attention to errors with LOOT or FNIS and warnings from FNIS and correct any that come up.

LOOT stands for Load Order Optimisation Tool. When you load it it will give you a warning that you have not sorted your load order. You give it the command to do so and then hit the apply icon near the top of the page (just off to the right of center). While you will get a lot of people telling you that you should sort your own load order, and while there are a few mods (especially from LL) that LOOT consistently gets wrong, at your stage you should just let LOOT do the heavy lifting.

Install ENBoost and Crash Fixes and see how that goes before we start uninstalling mods mods and other stuff. You only have 64 plug-ins so unless you are trying to run them on a complete potato of a machine, you should be okay. Only obvious thing missing from your load order is the USLEEP patch. So my batting order would be: ENBoost and Crash Fixes - see if that does any good (and it should) Install USLEEP and remove Facelight and start a new game. (I'd do these anyway, whether the above two do any good or not) Oh, and you might want to install Alternate Start Live Another Life (it will make things a lot easier for you). https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/ If things haven't improved up to this point then I would think about reducing the number of animations. Are you using NMM or MO?
