weird boob/nipple glitch thru female tops

I'm having an issue where the boobs glitch thru alot of small tops...on bigger looser tops the boobs and nipples seem to poke thru in this weird mesh. this image is just from the bathing suits, but it happens with big jackets and loose blouses T_T

Looks like 2 body meshes. Maybe you have something that is adding a body mesh.

conflicting nude female tops....one looks like better body...though I stand to be corrected.

hmm I'll go thru my CC and see if any of the tops I have are conflicting, It doesn't appear to happen to any of my other female Sims. worse case scenario I just delete that specific Sim and remake it. Thank you tho, I honestly didn't think about the meshes
