Qrow- Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 I use to have CTDs only at the the end of sex scenes but as I tried to fix this myself by removing some script intensive mods I now get CTDs randomly during scenes. Armor sets have a bug where I cant equip all of the set it unequips the armor such as C5Kevs Lady Revenant armor I can't equip belt and it's pants. Lastly, in racemenu, eyeliner, shadow, and tint no longer changes anything on nord race, haven't tested on others yet. Honestly, only the other two problems matter to me. Psalam Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 Let's start with basics. Do you have crash fixes and ENBoost? Is your skeleton up to date? Did you run LOOT and FNIS? Move More Nasty Critters before SLAL (not doing this can cause problems but it shouldn't be the cause of what you are describing). Along the same line how many animations are you running? (This is available when you run FNIS - it will be the last thing in the upper box when FNIS is done). If you are not using a mod that requires the XPMSE.esp then tick it off (do NOT disable the mod, you need the skeleton, just tick the .esp off). Finally, are you really positive that you need all those armor mods? As my father used to say, "a man can only wear one suit at a time."

Some other updates, the CTD problem stopped without me doing anything, because Skyrim. I thought PSQ might have been the problem for armors because it equips an item called Succubusnanko on me but I ruled it out on a new save with the mod removed. Just to make sure I checked in CK it has no equip slot. Also checked armor parts to see if slots conflict but they do not overlap anywhere. If it helps at all Lady Revenant's pants are in the body slot. The problems are present in other armor sets too. For the last question most will either be merged or removed once the other problems are fixed.

Have you tested any other races with racemenu yet?

It seems to be a problem only after loading a preset There are armor pieces, particularly "body" pieces, like Steel Armor for instance, that take up two body slots. What slots an item in a mod takes up is determined by the mods author (although most mod authors tend to follow the same "rules"). Then the problem is in the preset. If you're using someone else's you might want to contact them to see what, if anything, you can do about it.

There is no hard and fast number before you get problems; it depends on several factors. Disable your armour patch and the bashed patch while trouble-shooting. You have a lot of HDT in your game. You have a lot of mods adding content. Qrow- Posted November 15, 2018 Author Posted November 15, 2018 I messed up a folder name with the preset so now all sliders work! I saw *Succubusnanka (messed up name) on a previous setup with DD, mittens would sometimes cause you to drop items and a note appeared, I tracked it down to psq and found it in CK. It does not seem to be a cause of the problem with armors. FNIS says 6176 animations for 31 mods successfully included (character). 3165 animations for 15 mods and 44 creatures successfully included I'm going through them and removing some of them later. Gamepad++ allows more controller hotkeys
Psalam Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 There is no need to reduce the number of animations. Of course, if your hardware totally sucks you might have to do so but if you can't run 9k animations you have another problem. Glad you figured out the preset issue.
Qrow- Posted November 15, 2018 Author Posted November 15, 2018 Found armor problem, its because of SOS using slot 52, need to set body armor to revealing to use parts using slot 52 together. Couldn't find it before because I wasn't searching slot numbers.
